Just thought I'd let everyone know that I solved the "unable to get lock"
issue. It was indeed our aerial. Got a new one fitted today and it's all
running great again. Quite odd how it still managed to get channels from a
few multiplexes considering the damage to the aerial which I saw once it was
at ground level.
