Note the smiley.  I wrote that with tongue firmly in cheek.  It's true
that some suggestions are taken without patches.  The problem is when a
suggestion is presented without a patch, and a dev doesn't immediately
drop everything and start working on it, the thread rapidly devolves into
someone bashing the devs for being lazy, not caring about the project,
ignoring end users, etc.  I think it's important to remind people that
this is a volunteer project and they shouldn't be ordering people around
unless they're willing to get their own hands dirty.
