You are partially correct.  PCI only theoretically provides 133MB/s, 
while 720p60 takes 166MB/s and 1080i60 takes 187MB/s (1080p60 is double 
that).  However the whole point is moot, because with VDPAU, decoding is 
done on the GPU side, and you're going to be sending at most 5MB/s 
across the bus.
