[mythtv-users] Mixing MythDora and MythBuntu

I successfully ran a mythdora 5 frontend from a mythbuntu 8.04 backend
for a few months (I did this only because mythdora supported the on-
board videocard in my mini-itx via C7 based system and I've since
upgraded the hardware)
