[mythtv-users] XBox/Netflix control

Ok so maybe this isn't completely about mythtv, but it's related.

M$ released an update to the Xbox 360 dashboard today that includes the
ability to stream Netflix movies. I'm watching one now and it works great.
It connect via the external inputs on my PVR150 and the audio/video all flow
through the computer to the TV. Also for those of us with standard sized
(4:3) HDTV doing it this way allows you to adjust the screen size without
the letterboxes along the side. Xbox doesn't allow this.

Anyways... I was curious if anyone out there was able to control their Xbox
with a non-xbox remote using the IR blaster. If this were possible, you
could at the very least, switch inputs to the 360, then start up the netflix
app and watch your netflix movies that way.

A little more advanced would be to find out if you can send commands to the
xbox that would play a specific movie in your watch now queue. That way,
from the netflix app, you could view your instant queue and hit a new play
button within mythflix, then (maybe from a configuration screen within
netflix that allows you select a netflix device) it will automatically
switch the inputs to that device (in my case the 360).

Sounds feasable in my head at least.

Anyone have any experience in sending commands or controlling a 360
remotely?
