[mythtv-users] Shut down backend during next idle period

I'm doing a lot of testing on my myth array. This means I shut down
monit, mythbackend, all related frontends, and generally wreak havoc on
the myth watching public.

I'd like to be able to tell the backend to shut down during the next idle
period. Is there any way to do that?
