No good ones.

Recording profiles won't help with the HDHomerun or any ATSC input
because everything's recorded verbatim; there's no opportunity in the
recording food chain to "decrease video quality during encoding to
reduce file size" or somesuch.

People can and sometimes do transcode down HD recordings to something
a less-powerful system can play back, but the transcoding process
would take forever; much longer than a 1:1 ratio of recording to
transcoding time, especially on your box.
