[mythtv-users] qt3 or qt4 for 0.21?

I thought current versions of MythTV (0.21-fixes and trunk) created a
backup of the DB before upgrading the schema to a potentially
incompatible version. Is this no longer the case? It would seem to be
a very useful pre-upgrade step.
