So I had a friend rip a dvd of mine, just showing me the basics on how to do
it. But it won't playback in myth with any sound. Movies I've ripped through
the myth interface work fine. He used some other program on his computer to
rip it. I could just re-rip it in myth, but I'm just curious why there is no
sound. Also, I liked his way of doing it cause you get way more options than
you do in myth.

The terminal gives the following info:

2008-11-06 13:47:51.036 DPMS Deactivated
2008-11-06 13:47:54.703 AFD: Opened codec 0xa7d4d10, id(MPEG4) type(Video)

2008-11-06 13:47:55.037 Opening ALSA audio device 'iec958:{ AES0 0x02 }'.

2008-11-06 13:47:55.111 NVP: Disabling Audio, reason is: Unable to set ALSA

Any ideas on how to get sound working?
-Thanks
