Hi Yan,
A while back, I was looking for similar control for the cable box that
occasionally would need a power cycle. I had looked into the following:
http://www.digital-loggers.com/lpc.html
I eventually decided on a BH500NET from APC. It's got 3 switchable ports as
well as battery backup. I will say that web interface for the BH500NET is
just about the worst implementation of a web interface I've ever seen, but I
was able to develop some scripts that use curl to automate switching of
outlets.

Subject: [mythtv-users] serial / usb controlled power outlets
Is anyone using a USB or RS232 controlled power strip? If so, which one?
I can't find anything close to what I need - something basic and simple
I can turn on and off at will via a script.
I'd like to be able to turn my stereo on and off when myth starts and
stops.....
