Since Mythbuntu 8.10 just came out, would it be worth the effort to 
simply upgrade my system?  I've had some video driver issues and LIRC 
issues that I've recently sorted out, so they're fresh in my mind and 
shouldn't be too difficult to fix if the upgrade isn't very clean.
