If you're suggesting that the link *text* (or something next to it on a
page of links) ought to include that, then yeah, that sounds like a
decent idea.

If you're suggesting that *link names themselves* ought to be changes
to look like that (as I originally thought you were), then I'd
disagree, for reasons which may not be obvious, so I'll state them: the
purpose of page/article names on a MediaWiki in particular, and wikiae,
in general) is to be so easy to use in writing running text that you
have a fighting change of merely putting in the brackets, and having a
working link.

(This is, in particular, the reason for the page name capitalization
rules in the MW engine.)
