A reminder: Gemstar may be preparing to sell or shutter the print
guide, but they are still *very* assiduous about pursuing infringements
on the "TV Guide" trademark... even though, especially given the
Windows case a few years ago, they're probably not entitled to it
on descriptiveness grounds.

So tread carefully.
