It's correct.  The -1 is just a flag that says that it's not a specific 
rule that needs rescheduling.

Unknown database says (to me) that this is not the same DB server.

If you didn't follow the proper procedure to change the hostnames (the 
one to which I linked), all sorts of data in your DB could be wrong.  
(But I still don't know how the data in the DB could cause the above.  
It seems more likely due to misconfigured config.xml.)
