[mythtv-users] Partition full - help!

The problem looks to be that you have no space to create the Xorg log
file, hence X is failing to start.

You should be able to boot up to a lower runlevel, which will disable
starting X.

X starts in runlevel 5, but if you boot to runlevel 1 instead, this will
give you a "sysadmin" mode which disables a lot of the system, but will
allow you to get in and free up some disk space.

I don't know what your system setup is, but you will need to interrupt
your boot process and change the default runlevel. If you use grub (quite
likely), then follow this simple HOWTO to boot into single-user mode and
get yourself sorted out. Once you have freed up enough space, use the
command "init 5" to take you to runlevel 5, which is your "normal" mode.
