74.25 / ((2200 / 1000) * 1124 * 1000)) = 30.0267 Hz refresh rate,
interlaced. This is fine. You would be better off if you could arrage
(30 * 1000/1001) = 29.97 fps for US ATSC material, but just over 30
should not be an issue.

Refresh rate of 33303 usec per frame, vs. frame interval of 33366 usec.
This is also fine. Bob deint should work for you, though it appears
you still have 'onefield' selected. Can you look for similar messages
with bob turned on?

You would be better off with OpenGL vsync (which you appear to have
deselected or not compiled in) or even RTC vsync (look in the archives
for these). USleep uses a fair bit of CPU time.

Getting /etc/security/limits.conf set up with rtprio for MythTV would be
icing on the cake, resulting in smoother video.
