The standards for UPnP specify a default TTL of 4 and it looks like
Myth implements it with this TTL. Two things that you might try:

1.) Make sure that your firewall is allowing the traffic. UPnp uses
multicast. My Myth uses the multicast address 239.255.255.250 so I'm
assuming that yours will to. AFAIK you will need to allow traffic
from both your MythTV and ps3 to this address
2.) Make sure that the router is multicast aware.

Thanks,
Matt
