[mythtv-users] Does myth support SW24 / SW42 / SW44 DVB switches?

I see in my myth menu the ability to select the legacy switches SW21 and
SW64. But I have no option for SW44 or SW42, even though in the SVN code and
release notes it makes mention of SW44 explicitly.

Do any of these switches work with Myth? If so, do you like just use the
SW21 or SW64 menu options or something to use them?
