[mythtv-users] HDTV tearing

[mtrax11]

The issue is when I use for example "1280x720"  resolution on my HDTV screen
the KDE Desktop Screen doesn't fill the entire TV display
ie there are Black spaces all around desktop, indicating the Driver or Xorg
hasnt quite got the screen dimensions correct.
I'm assuming that you should be able to fill the entire TV screen with most
resolutions right?
