If your sourceid = 1; try:

$ mythfilldatabase --update --file 1 /tmp/xmltr28

Ensure the channel you are providing data for via XMLTV has i) an
assigned XMLTVID in the database, and ii) has useonairguide=0. You do
not need to add a new source.
