I remember first adding the channels by hand from what I could find in
the channels.conf and later letting mythtv do a "deep scan" (there was
some setting "All...") and by combining both results I was about 98%
successful.

Also experiment with the antenna, I have had a single multiplex
affected by the antennas position.
