I experienced the same thing when I was using my USB-UIRT (before it
broke, and before I discovered it's wake functionality was useless if
you wanted to use it for lirc too). USB0 was fine, but USB1 would
always cause it to wake up immediately. I'm really not sure what USB1
was for, because I was able to plug the device into any of the
external ports and wake it using only USB0.

Are you sure USB0 wont work for both of them?
