Thanks John,
not sure I should have to upgrade any of the Ubuntu DVB stuff though?
The cards are being detected:-
mike at myth1:~$ dmesg |grep -i dvb
[ 41.168793] CORE cx88[0]: subsystem: 0070:9002, board: Hauppauge Nova-T
DVB-T [card=18,autodetected]
[ 41.323712] tveeprom 2-0050: TV standards ATSC/DVB Digital (eeprom 0x80)
[ 41.323799] input: cx88 IR (Hauppauge Nova-T DVB-T as /class/input/input5
[ 41.324473] CORE cx88[1]: subsystem: 0070:9002, board: Hauppauge Nova-T
DVB-T [card=18,autodetected]
[ 41.653727] tveeprom 3-0050: TV standards ATSC/DVB Digital (eeprom 0x80)
[ 41.653812] input: cx88 IR (Hauppauge Nova-T DVB-T as /class/input/input6
mike at myth1:~$
But the /dev/dvb dir and files does not exist?
