[mythtv-users] mythfrontend is shearing video playback

I am using the Nvidia proprietary driver (current AMD64) with Myth.  
Anytime there is some panning, I get a horizontal shearing of the 
video.  I have enabled glx vsync in nvidia-settings.  I have tried NO_XV=1.

I have an AMD64x2 6000+ with Nvidia 630a/GEForce 7050 and I am using 
HDMI output.  GLX gears performs at about 2500.

Should the mythfrontend be looking at /dev/dri?  This makes me think 
nvidia-settings does not do anything useful for me.  It does retain the 
settings when I invoke it again.
