Thus the help text ;)

Paint Engine
 - Qt
 - OpenGL
This selects what MythTV uses to draw.  If you have decent hardware, 
select OpenGL. Changing this requires a restart.

It is easy to miss, but just a reminder for all that the help text has 
some really good info in it.
