[mythtv-users] Mac OS X video profile settings in 0.21?

Todd provided his binary for me to test.  Unfortunately, on my intel
macmini (1.83GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1GB of memory), i didn't see it
make any difference on the 1080i playback and still had choppy
playback (as observed from watching the video playback).  However,
Todd mentioned something about the 1080i playback not working right in
his post.
