It's on one of the two menus you can pop up from the builtin player.  

I don't know if the amount of time that the system stays in "slip the
audio back and forth against the video" mode is adjustable, but I've
found that it's not long enough for *me* to decide if I'm there yet,
and it's about 3 steps to get to.  I'd like to see either that time
extended, or the mode made sticky, so you have to hit ESC to get out of
it...

can the person who implemented the mode comment on whether any of those
three solutions are practical?
