Am I correct in assuming that you are using ATrpms? If so, then I will 
be of little help. It has been some time since I have patched and 
rebuilt a package from ATrpms.

In general, since the patch changes MythTV's configure script, you would 
want to rebuild MythTV and all MythTV plugins.
