Hi Damian,

I have noticed similar behaviour in trunk, if you could can you try a
few things.

Firstly can you note the video render (opengl, xlib, xshm, etc) you are using.

Secondly, when viewing a recording can you try modifying the fill and
aspect override and noting the effects.
