TTBOMK, each of the cores in an AMD 4200+ is an AMD 2100, equivalent to
a P4 2.1, but actually running at about 1600MHz, IIRC.

AMD rates the chip at the *sum* of the core speed (equivalent)s, not
the "each" speed.

So, no.
