OK, the writeup isn't done, but I promised I would have something up by 
this weekend, and the weekend is over, so here's what I've got so far:

There's already quite a bit there, but I still have a few key bits to 
add about tftp configuration and initrd image setup.  In any case, it 
should already be useful to people.  E-mail me directly for corrections, 
comments, complaints, unabashed praise, pithy remarks, etc... :-)
