I don't know about that...  On CSI, they just run the 120x90 photo 
through something called an "algorithm" and they have a beautiful 
high-definition image that allows them to read license plates at 200 
meters, see a stray bullet lodged in a building 100 meters, or see a 
clear reflection of the suspect in the dirty blue paint of a US mail 
collection box.  If only they could improve this algorithm to let them 
get the fingerprints of the suspect...

I'll have to submit a feature request on the wiki for adding an 
"algorithm" to Myth's TV playback...
