It probably just needs new rubber parts -- paper feed rollers and  
separator pads.  Often you can get all those pieces bundled together  
as a "maintenance kit."  BTDT, on HP models that use the same print  
engine.  They're pretty cheap to fix as long as the fuser is still good.
