Hi David,

Thanks for the reply...I suppose I should go the safe route really too!

Since the DVB-S2 APIs are still in a state of flux I figured on just  
trying things out with the current boxes to see how far I got....no  
idea if the kit that Sky is putting out is S2 capable (the standard is  
back compatible) but I don't think there are any 'production use' S2  
boxes in Linux yet.....hence why I was looking for a cheap one :-)
