Not entirely, no, of course not.

But the percentage of bands that make any appreciable amount of money
off of anything other than touring and direct sales to audiences on
tour is a pretty small slice off the top.

The RIAA member labels (and RIAA itself, but let's remember they're
separate, 'k?) have become bureaucracy run amok and it's time to fix or
replace.
