I think the keyword here is 'entitled'.  We were having a discussion
the other day and as worthless as it is to classify groups of people
due the vast differences inside the groups, we termed people born from
about 84-2000 (beyond that they are still too young to tell) as the
"Entitled" generation.  There are people outside of those years that
also fit into that group, and people in that group who definitely do
not belong in that group; but generally speaking the people who we (we
as in my family by the way and a few friends) encountered who believe
they have the right to take whatever they want and give nothing or
next to nothing in return.  This is distinctly different from those
who cannot afford things or capitalize on GPL software, or who cannot
find a way into the commercial world; this is more on a personal level
of "my right to everything" or, as was better worded "entitled".
