[mythtv-users] mythtranscode won't start in SVN

A CLEAR_SETTINGS_CACHE message is sent to the backend when you exit
mythtv-setup, so this value should have been reloaded when the job
was run the next time.  Is this a slave backend or the master?  I just
tested this functionality and the event was sent and the master
backend cleared its settings cache and sent the CLEAR_SETTINGS_CACHE
to all connected clients.
