I work a 100% microsoft job (C# developer and sharepoint architect).
I like microsoft, especially in the enterprise.

However, Media Center is a big piece of crap.  Vista made it actually
stable, but it still can't handle simple things like DVB-S without
hacking and doesn't REALLY support a client-server model.

It's the same reason I run linux on my backend HOME server... what
would I gain by using server 2003?  At work, where we manage 5000
accounts and 7000 desktops, yes, MS all the way!  But at my home, or a
small/medium business with 40 people??? No.
