[mythtv-users] No MythWeb

Fix this by adding include mythweb.conf to my http.conf file and hacking 
the mythbackend.php by hard coding the IP of the backend server. Can the 
developers add Master_Host to the mythweb.conf file. Even if I set 
hostname to that of the backend, mythweb still checks localhost for the 
backend.
