OK, now I see the disconnect.  You (and the OP) were referring to 
something completely different from what I thought when you said, "Apple 
trailer plugin."  I'm talking about the script 
mythplugins/mythvideo/contrib/trailer.pl , which I think should be 
removed from the MythTV mythplugins distribution unless someone either 
replaces it with something legal or gets Apple's permission for its 
non-interactive use of their web site.

trailer.pl does /not/ use any Apple XML feed.  It uses HTML pages from 
their website.
