If you're talking about one-time usage (i.e. for the bowl game whose 
name I'm not licensed to use), it's easy--actually, it's ezi.

Just start watching the recording and hit e (to edit), z (to import the 
flag list), and i (to invert the cut list).

Then, you can fine tune and hit x (might need to escape first to go back 
to playback) to transcode and remove the program.
