Just like any other QAM tuning device. Not to mention all the other  
issues that are constantly discussed on this list and why the "Which  
card should I get to capture cable?" is such a loaded question.

If I had it my way, I would cancel everyone's cable in America until  
they stopped trying to make people steal what they're paying for.
