What's a higher priority for you?  Resolving the issue or recording 72 
hours of tv a day that no one person could possibly watch?

The reality is you're getting a great piece of software at virtually no 
cost to you.  Someone was freely willing to help you with your issue and 
all they asked you for was some information that would have made their 
task possible.  Your response:  lots of attitude.
