i) Drop the mythconverg database - this is not removed when
uninstalling MythTV as far as I am aware, and is where the settings
are stored.

ii) Remove the ~/.mythtv/ directories for users who have run MythTV.
You may also find a /.mythtv/ directory if MythTV has been run when
$HOME was not set.

iii) Remove any MythWeb files created somehwere in your web server's
document root (such as /var/www/html/).

iv) If there are any files in your storage directories that you do not
want to keep (old recordings, thumbnails etc), clear those out too.
