It isn't an option any more.  LiveTV is essentially now a "precanned
script" (as in batch process, not as in seperate file) which:
-autoschedules a recording for the channel you are on
-sets it to auto-expire
-autoschedules the next show the moment before it changes
-autoswitches to that next show at the same moment
-autoends that recording when you change channels

There IS NO live TV as of .19, it just automatically takes the same
actions you could take by hand (or honestly you could script through
the myth api + the socket interface).

This is in contrast to the pre .19 way of doing livetv which really
was just recording the output of a tuner into a big 2gb ringbuffer and
letting you shuffle around in it (this is how tivo does it).
