I got the channel changer compiled and working ok.

In mythtvsetup I deleted everything and started with pvr-350 s-video1 input
as default and sa4250_ch as channel changer for it.  This works ok.
Playback is ok, unfortunately there's no sound as I don't have the adapters
to hook up to my sound card right now.    For now, I setup coax / tuner 1
with the sa4250_ch.
