I use the MCE remote with my Apple TV. Works great, but ruins the loverly
lines of the ATV with the ugly black USB receiver hanging off! The more
elegant solution is to use a learning remote (say Harmony) to learn a bunch
of Apple remote keys (I think there are at least 36 possible codes - 6x6)
and use that with the inbuild Apple receiver.
