Tells the server to ignore external connect
Im not quite sure, but that has ever been a problem here after upgrades.
Of course its a security issue having the server without.
This could sometimes been set by gdm/xdm settings, but also in a startx
script if you use one.
Think kdm nowdays has to be edited, ie. mine.
/usr/kde/3.5/share/config/kdm/kdmrc
