I think pointing to a project like Miro[1], may give an idea of what
people like Will and also myselft will love to see in MythTV. BTW I
don't see how could Miro get in trouble, on the contrary I see a lot
of material from the ones you are afraid of, been distribute through
this project in a totally legal and beneficial way.

Making recordings automatically available by bittorrent is a complete
different subject, which I do see troubles for MythTV.
