In general MythTV will support video adapters that are supported by
Linux so the real question is whether there is a device driver for
your tuner. Maybe you can supply some technical information such as

lspci
lspci -v

Possibly then we can find some support.

Note that the device driver, if it exists at all, might be in the
kernel or it might be an external package. I haven't yet heard about
1seg so I Googled it a bit. Interesting. Not sure about Linux support
but should be interesting to find out.
